Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, and self esteem challenges. I have worked in behavioral health for over 8 years across various inpatient and outpatient settings providing culturally responsive, evidence based care.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, self esteem, and stress management. I integrate evidence based approaches like CBT, DBT based coping strategies, and ACT to create therapy that’s tailored to you. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build effective coping tools, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You’re the expert on your life so my role is to help you make sense of patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop practical strategies for change.

My style is warm, direct, and supportive. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with other evidence based approaches depending on your needs. Some sessions may focus on building skills and coping tools, while others may involve deeper reflection and emotional processing. We move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I aim to create an environment that feels grounded, compassionate, and growth focused.

Together, we’ll clarify what you want to get out of therapy whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving relationships, healing from past experiences, or building stronger boundaries and confidence. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling supported, challenged in helpful ways, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
