Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working across inpatient psychiatry, crisis assessment, PHP/IOP programs, and telehealth behavioral health services. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, life transitions, and other behavioral health challenges.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and work toward meaningful change.

I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and hold a Texas LCSW license. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and supported in a nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to help clients develop insight, strengthen resilience, and create realistic strategies for managing life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing difficult emotions, life stressors, and personal challenges. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the process.

I use evidence-based approaches including CBT-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Depending on each client’s needs, I focus on helping individuals build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for managing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My background in behavioral health assessment, crisis intervention, and psychiatric care allows me to support clients with a wide range of emotional and behavioral health concerns while maintaining a calm, compassionate, and practical approach to treatment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment during their first session. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable while we discuss the concerns that brought them to therapy, their personal history, current stressors, and what they hope to gain from treatment.

During the initial telehealth session, I focus on getting to know the client as a whole person while also identifying strengths, challenges, and treatment goals. Together, we will begin developing a plan that is practical, individualized, and aligned with the client’s needs and priorities.

Clients can also expect a collaborative approach where questions are encouraged, concerns are openly discussed, and therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable and productive. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress.
