Great to meet you!

I provide processes and exercises that help my clients find their own answers to what they are seeking. My aim is to help clients learn how to release the thoughts and patterns that block their progress and then provide them with exercises and methods that show them how to enhance their ability to achieve their desired outcomes.

I have worked in the Mental Health field as a Master's level Counselor and Care Coordinator in diverse settings for over 35 years.

My approach to therapy

The techniques I use are primarily Mindfulness based – meditation, journaling, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or "Tapping") and Guided Imagery.
