I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Trauma, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Bipolar Disorder and ADHD. I work with individuals, couples and families. I am a Christian who counsels with a background in theology and Christian Counseling. Christian Counseling is offered by request but no faith or spiritual beliefs are forced or pushed on any client seen by Richard Fincke, LMHC.

I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

I maintain a strong emphasis in counseling focused on the neuro biologically influenced brain and how neurobiology- nature and environmental -nurture affects each person uniquely.
