Great to meet you!

I trained in Narrative Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Neuroscience for Business at MIT Sloan School of Management, Clinical Psychology, and Marriage and Family Therapy. Before attending Harvard Medical School, I was a Fellow and Positive Psychology Division Member at Harvard/Mass General-McLean Hospital/Institute of Coaching. I believe that you are the expert in your life story and have many hidden strengths that can be discovered to overcome obstacles and create positive outcomes.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take an interdisciplinary approach to understanding human experience. CBT and Interpersonal neurobiology weaves research from the latest and most profound scientific discoveries into a consilient framework. This provides the basis of interpersonal neurobiology. The mind is defined and the components necessary for health are illuminated, such as learning to balance your brain when events seem to place you on overload.

What you can expect from our first session

It's important to calibrate our systems by integrating the left and right modes of the brain by working through experiences. I'll help you move from a place of stuck repetitive negative thoughts/beliefs and move to a more realistic picture of events that we sometimes don't see under the influence of depressive or anxious chemicals that flood our brains and bodies. My goal is to help you discover more about yourself and encourage you to lean into your window of tolerence for greater inner peace.
