Great to meet you!

Whether you're seeking help with anxiety, depression or facing relationship challenges, I help clients work through emotional and relationship issues from a 'trauma-informed' perspective. I work well with self-motivated adults seeking to grow and heal. I have been in private practice for 12 years, and I provided counseling services within church settings for ten years prior to that.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from a 'trauma-informed' perspective and have training and experience using EMDR and related modes of therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a supportive, professional counseling experience and I help clients recover from unhealthy relationships by recognizing survival strategies (eg. codependency) and seeking to heal attachment wounds.
