Great to meet you!

Great to Meet You!

I understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe it takes courage to ask for help. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or feeling stuck in life, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you move toward your goals at a pace that feels comfortable and attainable. I believe healing and personal growth happen when people feel safe, heard, respected, and supported. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, authenticity, compassion, and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Relapse Prevention strategies. Together, we will identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship difficulties, grief, and major life transitions. I provide culturally responsive and affirming care that respects each client's unique experiences and values. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your concerns, personal history, goals, strengths, and support systems. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
