Great to meet you!

I am a mature therapist who brings life experience and professionalism to the people I serve. I have worked with people impacted by trauma, substance abuse, mental health challenges, and adoption. I want to provide a setting where people can feel safe enough to be authentic and free to participate in the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

I have learned that people present themselves uniquely. I strongly believe that, regardless of the therapeutic approach agreed on, the therapeutic relationship is the greatest determinant of change. Mutual respect is necessary for meaningful change to occur.

What you can expect from me

I use multiple approaches: EMDR allows the patient to confront difficult life circumstances. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) helps patients identify how thinking errors impact beliefs and subsequent behavior.
