Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns they cannot fully understand or change on their own. Many people I see are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-criticism, questions of identity, or the feeling that something in their life is blocked despite outward success.

My style is warm, thoughtful, and engaged. I aim to create a space where you can speak freely, feel taken seriously, and begin to understand yourself in a deeper way. My work is psychoanalytic and psychodynamic, which means I focus not only on symptom relief, but also on the emotional and relational patterns that shape your life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is exploratory, collaborative, and depth-oriented. We will pay close attention to the patterns that repeat in your relationships, your feelings about yourself, and the ways you may feel limited, conflicted, or stuck.

I listen carefully and actively. Rather than offering quick advice or one-size-fits-all strategies, I work with you to understand what your difficulties mean and why they may keep returning. The goal is not only to feel better in the short term, but to create more lasting and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy now and begin to understand what has been feeling difficult, confusing, or stuck. I will ask about your current concerns, relationships, symptoms, history, and any previous therapy experiences, while also leaving room for whatever feels most important to you.

You do not need to arrive with everything organized or figured out. The first meeting is a chance for us to begin making sense of what you are struggling with and whether working together feels like a good fit.
