Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don't have to go through it alone. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for individuals, couples, and families to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and life transitions. With over 18 years of experience, I integrate integrate evidence based therapy with and faith-based understanding to help you find clarity and healing.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are at without judgment, listen and understand their truth, and collaborate with them on problem solving and goals that they want to work on. Techniques I use: Client Centered Therapy (builds alliance and trust); Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (challenges maladaptive thinking), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (uses (mindfulness and emotional regulation); insight-Oriented (exploration of thoughts and feelings to build self-awareness and understanding); Assertive Commitment Therapy (helps clients take actions toward goals); and Integration of Theology & Psychology (use of spiritual tools of acceptance, forgiveness, grace, and reconciliation).

What you can expect from me

Warmth, understanding, acceptance, self-awareness, being listened to and understood, alternative perspectives (reframing), problem solving and coping skills.
