Great to meet you!

I have always had a desire and passion to help others. I could never stand to watch anyone struggle without trying to help in someway.

My goal is help you discover your purpose, magnify your strength, and learn and implement new practices to build resilience to overcome life's problems with clarity, confidence, and with the belief that you can handle anything that comes your way.

My approach to therapy

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. As a faith-based therapist, I integrate evidence-based approaches—Control Mastery, Contextual Family, and Problem-Solving Therapy—to help you break free from limiting patterns, heal relationships, and navigate life’s complexities with clarity and confidence.

My sessions are not just about deep work—they’re also about genuine connection. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships, and I prioritize building a strong rapport with every client. And yes, we’ll even laugh along the way! Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time—sometimes, a little humor is just what the soul needs.

If you're looking for a therapist who values faith, insight, and real connection, I’m here to walk this journey with you. Let’s find solutions, restore balance, and build a path forward together.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, feel genuinely heard, understood, and valued, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions with real strategies to navigate challenges—whether in relationships, work, stress management, mastering past trauma, parenting, faith, or personal growth. By the end of therapy, the goal is hep you feel more equipped to make meaningful changes, develop healthier coping strategies and boundaries, and move forward with a stronger sense of purpose, resilience, self-trust and self-love.
