I've been a licensed psychologist for about 30 years. Over that period, I've worked with clients presenting with all kinds of life situations and presenting problems. I have particular expertise around anxiety disorders, relationship problems and substance use issues.

I was originally trained in a psychodynamic framework but now use a more holistic framework that incorporates CBT and mind-body approaches to treatment.

Therapy should always be outcome-focused, with sessions connected to the treatment goals that the client expresses at the outset of treatment.
