Great to meet you!

Clients come to me for help with a wide range of concerns including anger, trauma, despair, anxiety, illness, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and post traumatic stress.. to name a few. I help them first to understand their problems more fully so as to facilitate the changes they are seeking.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with years of clinical experience working in mental health clinics, agencies, and psychiatric programs. I enjoy working with late teens, adults, and couples.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is tailored to the needs of each individual with particular attention to the use of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in helping each one develop the skills to achieve lasting solutions to chronic problems.

What you can expect from me

Clients build a trusting relationship that allows them to share their story and find relief. Over time, they develop greater insight into their issues, new ways of coping and more satisfying ways of relating to others as well as increased confidence and self-esteem.
