Great to meet you!

My professional experience includes 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient, outpatient, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work in a variety of modalities with an emphasis on present experience to help people develop a greater sense of control of their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

One typical takeaway from sessions is people understanding what they can and cannot control, and by focusing more on what they can control, experiencing a reduction in feelings associated with depression and anxiety, improving relationships, making healthier decisions, and experiencing a greater sense of freedom and control.
