Great to meet you!

With close to 20 years of experience working for the Philadelphia Courts system and a background in communications prior to obtaining my master's degree, I excel at finding communicable common ground with clients between family members. My personal and professional philosophy is "Life is simple, people complicate it". Let's make things simple again.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy treating adults, teens, couples (married or otherwise), and families who are suffering from a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss, and/or a history of trauma. I specialize in working with couples (married or otherwise). The relational dynamic and negative reinforcement cycles intimate partners find themselves trapped in are the things I have a strong knack for noticing and interrupting to allow couples to find new ways to improve their relationship quality.

What you can expect from me

My philosophy is that the client is the one true expert when it comes to themselves. My role in therapy is to find ways to identify was issues, traumas, or complexes are preventing you from living the life you truly want to live and to collaborate with you to develop a plan and a map to get us from where you are to where you want to be.
