Great to meet you!

I am bilingual in Spanish and English and I come from a multicultural background. Whether it is work anxiety, PTSD, relationship problems, or depression, I am ready and willing to help you and adapt to your needs. I look forward to collaborating with you to find the best YOU.

My approach to therapy

I try to empower you and examine what you can control and aid you in focusing the things you can change rather than the things you cannot. I believe most of our relationships are rooted in the dynamics of whomever raised us and adapting that will allow us to form more fruitful and healthy relationships while eliminating the toxic ones.

What you can expect from me

I will never judge you and desire nothing but your own success. Through our sessions I hope to help you find a better you. My goal is to help you untangle the thoughts weighing you down and helping you find the confidence to tackle the challenges that life brings you. Gays and Theys welcome. Anti-AI therapist
