Great to meet you!

Hello!

As a bi-lingual, board-certified psychiatric NP, and Army Veteran, my clinical philosophy is to provide holistic, trauma-informed care. My direct experiences with crisis situations have influenced my perspective that mental health is key to happiness and stability in life.

My approach to therapy

From supporting the LatinX community through culturally nuanced therapy to helping first responders (police, fire, military, EMS) navigate the weight of the front lines, my approach is rooted in mindfulness and always patient-centered.

What you can expect from me

My intake process involves obtaining a complete picture of the individual and identifying: the presenting problem, predisposing factors, precipitating factors, perpetuating factors, and protective factors. I am willing to work with anyone who has the courage to seek professional help and is open to treatment recommendations.
