Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Therapist based in New York with more than a decade of experience working with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, emotional regulation challenges, and life disruption. I work exclusively via Telehealth — which means I'm accessible anywhere in New York without the barriers of commute or scheduling

gymnastics.

A lot of my clients come in carrying something they've never fully put into words before. Some are veterans or first responders. Some are men who've spent years being told to handle things on their own. Some are adults dealing with the long tail of childhood experiences that nobody ever helped them process. Wherever you're coming from, you don't have to have it figured out before we start.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative — meaning I don't apply a single fixed method to everyone. Depending on what you're working through, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused techniques, motivational interviewing, and person-centered work. These aren't just labels — they're practical

tools I adapt based on how you think, what you're responding to, and what your goals actually are.

I tend to work directly. I'll name what I'm seeing, ask the questions that matter, and keep sessions focused on what's actually getting in your way — not just what's comfortable to talk about. At the same time, the pace is yours. You decide how deep we go and when.

What you can expect from me

Expect a real conversation — not a checklist, not an interrogation. The first session is mostly me getting to understand what's bringing you in, what you've tried before (if anything), and what you actually want to get out of this. You don't need to have a polished explanation ready.

By the end of the first session, we'll have a shared sense of

direction — what we're working on, roughly how, and what success might look like for you. If something about my style doesn't feel right, say so. I'd rather we recalibrate early than waste your time.
