Great to meet you!

I am an experienced and compassionate professional, with years of experience working with young adults, adults and elders, in varied modalities and treatment approaches. As a person living in long term recovery, I provide an atmosphere of acceptance and honor the trust that is put into our work together. I am trained in trauma informed care and utilize EMDR with many clients.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach to our work, and find the modality that best fits your needs and personality. With a focus on client-centered and solution oriented approaches, together we will develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients find it easy to open up to my warm and accepting style. With clearly defined boundaries, the compassionate care allows for a level playing field as we embark on the journey of discovery and growth. Clients will learn tools and practice techniques to improve the relationships in their lives, and find themselves better able to manage their emotions.
