Great to meet you!

Thanks for visiting my page! I work primarily with men, first responders, and adults who feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, or traumatic stress. If you’ve been carrying painful memories, or feel stuck and “off” but don’t know how to move forward, I’m here as a compassionate and warm guide. My aim is helping you rebuild resilience, strengthen your sense of self, and discover hope. I also welcome couples, families, and those facing life transitions who want to feel more empowered and grounded.

My approach to therapy

In our first session, we’ll start with what feels most pressing to you—no pressure, no judgment. You’ll be met with empathy, sometimes humor, always respect. I’ll listen deeply, help us clarify what feels out of balance, and together we’ll sketch a plan with small, realistic steps. I use tools like CBT, DBT, trauma-focused work, plus techniques for building coping skills and emotional safety. You’ll leave with something practical to try and a sense of direction.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start at your pace. You’ll have the space to share what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to change. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and together we’ll identify your goals and the areas you’d like to focus on. By the end of that first meeting, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction, some initial tools or strategies to try, and reassurance that you’re not alone in this process.
