My counseling approach is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs and support personal growth, recovery, and wellness. I am also trained in EMDR to address trauma-related issues.
