Richard Seldeen, a native of southern California, has been a registered nurse for over 25 years. His experience has been varied which includes mental health, ICU, nursing education, along with military leadership. The evolution of those previous experiences has provided him with the intuition, insight, and the capability to offer support/guidance with patients who are struggling with complex mental health issues.
I work with a relaxed, compassionate, style of focus, to help clients identify specific problem areas that are contributing to their mood disorder and offer medication or alternative based solutions depending on their situation and preferences.
My goal with every visit is to help my clients identify problem areas contributing to their mood issues and offering supportive and empowering solutions. As we stabilize mood symptoms, I strongly encourage my clients to take action based on their specific treatment plan we develop during the psychiatric interview and subsequent follow up visits.
