I have been employed in the mental health fields in various areas of specialty since 1994. I have been a licensed professional counselor (LPC) since 2007. I have been in private practice since 2012. I specialize in filtering through your life with you to find the root causes of your mental health struggles.
My approach utilizes CBT, person-oriented with an emphasis in depth psychology. I received my graduate work from a college that emphasized clinical psychology with an emphasis in depth psychology. I help with self and co-attachment issues. I help with struggles to show up for yourself and/or others that contribute towards mental health struggles.
Clients can expect to take away from the initial session that a client has a self that needs to be tended to. If not, this will create mental health issues. Therapy is a step towards attending to self-regulation and thus mental health struggles.
