Great to meet you!

Welcome! As each individual is unique, so should be the therapeutic process. My philosophy is that the client is the hero on their own journey, and I aim to help you reach your goals and full potential. Confronting challenges can be difficult. However, if you commit to the process and give yourself the freedom to explore your inner world, amazing results can happen. Let’s work to help you feel better, enhance your relationship, address conflicts, improve communication, intimacy, and respect in a confidential space with a caring professional.

My approach to therapy

I have dedicated myself to be a life-long learner of human behavior with a deep desire to help others understand themselves. My approach is truly client-centered. You have your unique story that shaped you. Therefore, there is no one-size-fits-all therapy intervention or modality. While I have robust training in many aspects of this field, the greatest progress comes from the relationship between therapist and client. My therapeutic style is warm, open, with the expertise to identify patterns, behaviors, and explore new ways to live.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be focused on getting to know one another. You probably have questions, maybe feel a bit nervous, and wonder what therapy is all about. Perhaps you have already had therapy in the past and you are curious how this will be different. Introducing your goals and challenges is a good place to start. When you book with me, you will find a judgement-free experience focused on you. C.S. Lewis once said, "There is no such thing as an ordinary person." You are extraordinary, and I am excited to learn how I can help you grow.
