I take a client-centered approach when working with adults and adolescents. I work with my clients as a partner to assist them in achieving the goals they set for therapy. Therapy helped me in overcoming cancer and traumas in my life and have a passion to help others. I am a certified clinical trauma professional and trained in EMDR.
