Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health therapist with a unique background, having served 32 years in the US Air Force, starting as a B-52G Navigator. After retiring, I pursued a Master's degree from Troy University in 2013, transitioning my career to focus on supporting individuals in their mental health journeys. With a rich blend of military and therapeutic experience, I bring a compassionate and understanding approach to help clients navigate life's challenges and achieve their well-being goals.

My approach to therapy

In essence, my therapeutic stance is one of inclusivity, recognizing that each person's path is unique and deserving of personalized attention. I aspire to create an environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported as they explore their inner landscapes and work toward realizing their fullest potential. As a committed ally on your journey, my goal is to not only navigate challenges together but also to empower you in crafting a life that resonates with authenticity and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

One of the most profound realizations in my career as a mental health professional is the prevalence of individuals struggling to define their identity and purpose. Many clients grapple with a profound sense of self-discovery and life's meaning. This insight emphasizes the crucial role therapy plays in guiding individuals toward a deeper understanding of themselves, fostering personal growth, and ultimately assisting them in forging a path aligned with their authentic identity and purpose.
