Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW, with a Masters in Social Work from Denver University. I help adults find possibility in life, again by supporting them in moving past the emotions, the stories and the challenges that hold them back. Together we will find ways to accept life and find ways to thrive in the world I have helped clients through addiction, strong emotions, thought disorders, finding a way through aging and dealing the losses in life. I am licensed in CO, KS, and MO.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to have you and your issues be the center of our work. I offer skills and new points of view or contexts that allow you to transform from a victim of your troubles of life to the creator of your life working with the resources and challenges that life brings.

What you can expect from me

Working on your life in this way will offer you a sense of power over your life, a sense of agency and a feeling that you are choosing how to respond rather than reacting to life.
