I am Richelle Anderson... Tampa Native, lover of iced coffee and all things DIY. You can think of me as your sounding board, unbiased and unwavering support system, and professional advice-giver. Together, we can do the hard things.

My career began in 2010 as a Family Reunification Therapist for the state of Florida’s Department of Children and Families. I have worked with countless children and adolescents as they cope with the aftermath of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.

I have spent the last 8 years developing my niche for assessing and counseling women with a variety of support needs including perinatal mood disorders, domestic violence, substance abuse, bereavement & grief work, birth trauma, and an overall support for mental health.

Whether you want to gain clarity during a stressful time or you want to heal from trauma, I want to be a part of your journey. While we may never fully move on, we can begin to move forward.
