Great to meet you!

Welcome. I am New York City and Philadelphia based psychologist running a welcoming practice treating adults with a wide range of presenting concerns. I earned my undergraduate degree from Princeton University and my PhD from Catholic University of America (a secular program in clinical psychology). I have worked for two of the leading CBT practices in Washington DC, the Behavior Therapy Center of Greater Washington and the Capital Institute for Cognitive Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I employ up-to-date and research-proven strategies tailored to help you achieve your goals and live a life that feels more meaningful, peaceful, and sustainable. I have particular specialties in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices.

What you can expect from me

You determine goals for therapy, and then we work together to refine and approach them collaboratively. Many sessions will focus on tools to help you improve your life, while others remain open to process ongoing life stressors.
