Great to meet you!

I am a licensed in South Carolina with 4+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based, we focus on what’s already working while building tools to help you cope, grow, and feel more in control of your life. Together, We set realistic goals that support healing, clarity and personal growth.

I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. Using CBT, DBT, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and achieve personal growth goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a therapist who is relatable, empowering, and genuinely compassionate, with a warm, non-judgmental space where they feel heard and respected from the very beginning. The first session is focused on getting to know you—your concerns, your goals, and what brought you to therapy—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we typically begin identifying what you’d like to change or improve, whether that’s emotional well-being, relationships, coping skills, or life transitions. From there, we start setting realistic, collaborative goals so you have a clear sense of direction, without feeling overwhelmed.

The overall environment is supportive and grounded in trust, where you can speak freely, be yourself, and begin building a path toward clarity, healing, and personal growth.
