Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) offering telehealth care for adults. I earned my RN from NYU and completed my PMHNP training at Pace University. Before psychiatry, I worked in oncology and the ICU, which taught me to treat the whole person and to stay calm and practical when things feel overwhelming.

I specialize in ADHD, depression, OCD, PMDD, anxiety, panic, and insomnia, and I often work with busy professionals and students balancing demanding careers, school, and family life. Outside of work, I love hiking and biking.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and evidence-based. Medication is one tool, not the whole plan. I combine thoughtful medication management with practical strategies like sleep, routines, exercise, and stress management, and I coordinate with your therapist when you have one.

I aim for the lowest effective dose, explain the reasoning behind every recommendation, and make decisions with you, not for you. Many of my clients have tried several medications before; I take that history seriously and adjust carefully.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is a thorough conversation about what brings you in, your history, and what you want to change. I’ll ask about your symptoms, past treatments, sleep, work, and relationships so I understand the full picture.

By the end, you’ll leave with a clear initial plan, which may include medication, lab work, or practical strategies, and an understanding of why. No question is too small, and there’s no pressure to decide anything before you’re ready.

The initial appointment will last about 1 hour whereas subsequent appointments can last 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the situation and need.
