Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm here to offer you a safe space to work through past or current trauma, anxiety, or depression.

I have over a decade of experience as a licensed mental health counselor and consider myself a lifelong learner. As a therapist who has been in therapy, I have seen the benefits in my personal and professional life.

I received my bachelor’s of arts degree in psychology from West Chester University and my Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gannon University.

My approach to therapy

My style is down-to-earth with attentiveness to what you're looking to get out of therapy. I use mindfulness and Internal Family Systems with most clients. I specialize in working with other mental health therapists and health care workers.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, you can expect to explore what is most pressing to you while I ask clarifying questions and get to know you and your backstory! I believe that everyone has a story to tell and that story deserves to be heard.
