Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Riddhi! Glad you landed on my page! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience working with teens and adults in all walks of life. I have worked in multiple parts of healthcare, from an Inpatient brain injury unit to outpatient care. Group therapy to inpatient hospitalization.

As a mom of 3, I know what it is like to be busy. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or carrying more than you feel like you can handle, you are not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Let's talk about it!

In our work together, you can expect a space that is supportive, honest, and focused on real progress. I’ll help you understand what’s driving your thoughts and emotions while also giving you practical tools to start making meaningful changes.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale, where you don’t have to filter your thoughts, explain yourself repeatedly, or feel judged for where you are in life. I try to balance empathy with direction so you feel supported and challenged in ways that help you grow. My goal is for you to leave sessions thinking differently.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is mostly a humanistic approach mixed with CBT and DBT. People are a lot more resilient than they sometimes realize, and I believe that we all have the ability to "find ourselves" even in the most severe circumstances. My goal is to help you realize your strengths and help you process your feeling so that you can move onto becoming a better you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and not judged. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, but rather than spending the entire time on background, I ask thoughtful, focused questions to help us get to the core of what’s actually impacting you. My approach is collaborative and active — I won’t just sit back and listen, but will help guide you toward clarity and insight while also offering practical tools you can begin using right away. Clients often share that they feel heard quickly, gain a better understanding of their patterns, and leave with a clearer sense of direction. I aim for you to walk away from even the first session not just with insight, but with something useful you can apply in your day-to-day life.
