I am a certified yoga instructor, as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I incorporate mindfulness practices into every session and stress the importance of slowing down to recognize ourselves.

My approach to therapy is very holistic and I strive to acknowledge the whole person, not just the surface level symptoms. I am compassionate and value the importance of validation and empathy in every interaction.

Client's can expect to work on being more mindful in their every-day lives and in turn they will have more insight into root causes of their symptoms and be equipped with tools and strategies to manage those concerns more effectively.
