Great to meet you!

As a clinician, my goal is to empower you to live a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are. Our sessions are a judgment‐free space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and therapy options at your own pace. There’s no pressure here—just support, curiosity, and room for you to grow in the ways that matter most to you!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and grounded in the belief that emotional well‐being is deeply connected to the way we live, work, and relate to others. Whether you’re navigating work–life balance challenges, mental health concerns, or a sense of dissatisfaction in your relationships or daily life, we’ll work together to identify what’s getting in the way of the life you want.

I draw from solution‐focused and eclectic therapeutic approaches, adapting each session to your goals, preferences, and personal style. No two clients are the same, so no two treatment plans should be either. My role is to meet you where you are, support your strengths, and help you move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know each other. It’s a chance for you to share what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels important for me to understand about you. I’ll also explain how I work, what you can expect from therapy with me, and answer any questions you have.

By the end of this session, you’ll have a sense of whether you feel comfortable moving forward together. If you decide you’d prefer a different therapist, that’s completely okay—what matters most is that you find someone who feels like the right fit for you!
