Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Rikki, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Indiana University and went on to obtain a Master's in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. For over 10 years, I worked as a medical social worker in esteemed hospitals such as Northwestern Hospital in Chicago, IL, and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.

My approach to therapy

My primary goal is to provide adults with a safe space where they can openly share and process their thoughts and difficulties, free from judgment. I firmly believe in the transformative power of therapy and the personal growth that can emerge from sessions with the right therapist. While it may be tempting to handle everything on your own, I aim to demonstrate the benefits of therapy and the support one can receive by allowing someone else into their life.

What you can expect from me

Together, through open and honest conversation (which can be intimidating at times), we will work towards decluttering your mind and developing and strengthening coping strategies, enabling you to live your life more confidently and to the fullest. I acknowledge that beginning therapy entails a significant amount of hard work and self-reflection, so I commend you for embarking on this journey. I invite you to join me in a space where you can share and grow.
