A bit about my approach to therapy

Rikki’s approach to therapy is eclectic, evidenced-based, non-judgmental and holistic. She believes that in order for growth and healing to occur, the client needs to feel accepted, understood, and (above all else) safe. Some of Rikki’s favorite approaches to therapy are Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/Tapping, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Person-Centered Therapy. She is also passionate about supporting social justice causes.
