Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. I’m glad you’re here. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Texas A&M–Corpus Christi and have experience working with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your story and exploring what’s been weighing on you. I enjoy helping clients understand the connection between the mind and body, and developing practical tools to manage stress and overwhelming emotions so you can feel more balanced and confident moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on the connection between the brain, body, and emotions. I help clients understand how the nervous system responds to stress and how we can learn to regulate those responses. I also draw from narrative therapy, exploring the stories we hold about ourselves and working together to reshape the ones that no longer serve you. I’m also trained in sand-tray therapy, a creative approach that can help express feelings that may be hard to put into words.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll ask a few questions about your background and past experiences with counseling so I can better understand your needs. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you feel heard, supported, and able to begin moving toward meaningful change.
