Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with nearly four years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My path into this field was shaped by a deep belief in the power of human connection and the importance of having a safe space to explore life’s complexities. I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to meet you where you are—with warmth, authenticity, and care. I work with adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, relational stress, life transitions, and a desire for personal or interpersonal growth. I believe that healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported, and I’m committed to creating a space where you can be heard without judgment and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I draw from several evidence-based therapeutic models to best meet your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Strategic Therapy. These approaches help us explore emotional patterns, strengthen relationships, and build practical tools for navigating everyday challenges. Our work together will be collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your goals—whether you're seeking clarity, connection, or a more fulfilling path forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with greater clarity, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Whether we're working on managing anxiety, improving communication, or navigating a major life transition, I aim to create a supportive and collaborative space where you feel empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with strategies that you can apply in your everyday life. Over time, many clients report feeling more confident, connected, and resilient as they move toward the life and relationships they want.
