Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents, young adults, adults and families. I really value creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves without judgment, and where all parts of their identity are welcomed. My approach is grounded in a multicultural and systemic lens, and I tend to be collaborative, curious, and down-to-earth in my work. I often support clients who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or big life transitions. I aim to help people better understand themselves, feel more connected, and move toward a life that feels more authentic.

My approach to therapy

I work well with individuals and families who feel stuck or strained in their relationships, whether romantic, familial, or peer-related. I often support clients navigating anxiety or depression, as well as concerns related to attention, emotional regulation, substance use, or past experiences. I enjoy helping clients process emotions and set realistic goals that support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely nonjudgmental, where clients can show up as they are. Together, we work toward building insight, increasing self-awareness, and developing tools to navigate challenges with more confidence and clarity. I often help clients strengthen their relationships, better understand their emotions, and feel more grounded during times of change. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling more connected to themselves and more empowered in their lives.
