Great to meet you!

I have seven years of experience providing mental health services. Many of the folks I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward. They often struggle with intrusive thoughts, self-critical beliefs, self-esteem, body image concerns, and relationship challenges. I provide an open and inviting space where we can address the narratives that are no longer serving you, redefine your relationship with yourself, build the confidence to live more authentically, and gain access to a greater sense of peace.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens most effectively when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for—which is why connection is at the core of my work. My approach is compassionate, direct, and just the right amount of sarcastic, because therapy doesn’t have to be serious all the time!

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about building connection and getting a thorough history. We'll dive into what’s been challenging and what your best hopes are for therapy. From there, we’ll work together toward your goals using both deeper introspection and practical skills that support real change.
