Great to meet you!

Therapy with me feels real-a place where you belong and truly feel seen. Together we will draw on your strengths and take a whole person approach to healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an extensive medical background, I understand how deeply our physical and emotional experiences are connected-sometimes working together smoothly, and other times feeling a bit out of sync. In therapy we'll gently explore what's happening beneath the surface and what your mind and body might be trying to communicate.

What you can expect from me

Not only am I a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- I'm also a human being who shows up with authenticity, warmth and realness. I believe meaningful therapy happens in a space where you don't have to perform, filter or pretend. You get to be exactly who you are.
