Great to meet you!

I believe that seeking therapy takes courage, and I don’t take the trust my clients place in me lightly. I strive to create a genuine, supportive relationship where you feel comfortable being yourself—without fear of judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I am passionate about supporting individuals through their most vulnerable moments and bring specialized training and experience in perinatal mental health, addiction, and trauma. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relational Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting changes that align with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a conversation focused on getting to know one another and building a foundation for our work together. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.
