Great to meet you!

I have been a LCSW-R for over 34 years. I am married and have two adult Children. I currently work in a Community MH setting helping people with MH issues, I am the Assistant Director supervising 13 clinicians, and I have a caseload myself. I love watching people succeed. I do operate from a strength based position. I am going to help highlight what is going well and build on that. Many people don't realize they have strengths. Let's work together to see if I can help.

My approach to therapy

I work with you to set small goals that lead to bigger changes. I know it can be hard to reach out for help, but making positive changes in your life can only help. I want you to reach the goals you set for yourself.

I will work to motivate you to be healthy, reach out to people and feel better about yourself. . My approach is supportive and eclectic and start where you are. I work hard to create a safe environment where you can feel free to express yourself.

What you can expect from me

I am open minded and will not judge you for your actions, believing respect for everyone is very important no matter what your background or current circumstances. I also believe in the safety of the therapeutic relationship, allowing you to experience your feelings without judgments or fear of ridicule. You will leave sessions feeling heard and not judged.
