Great to meet you!

You are meant to live a happy and fulfilling life. Life is precious and time is limited, so every moment is an opportunity to create meaning, connection, and joy.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over two decades of experience, I view therapy as one of the greatest gifts a person can give themselves. The relationship we have with ourselves sets the foundation for every other relationship in our lives—when we nurture self-awareness, compassion, and emotional balance within, our connections with others naturally flourish.

I speak both English and Farsi, and I’m deeply familiar with both Eastern and Western cultures.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and draws upon various orientations, including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, advanced training in attachment theory, and a blend of Eastern and Western modalities.

What you can expect from me

My passion lies in helping individuals achieve their best lives. In a warm and empathetic therapeutic environment, individuals can look within and explore their thoughts and feelings. Healing happens within the context of a therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist.

I am committed to holding this space for you, and as you grow, you will learn to hold this space for yourself.
