Great to meet you!

I work with people who are dealing with bipolar disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and substance use, especially when things feel unstable, confusing, or hard to manage day-to-day. I am dedicated to helping individuals prioritize their mental health as a foundation for lasting wellness and stability. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck—like they’ve tried to handle things on their own, but something still isn’t clicking. They want clarity, more consistency in how they feel, and a plan that actually fits their life.

My approach to therapy

I take a direct, supportive, and solution-focused approach. We’ll look at what’s really going on—not just on the surface—and create a plan that helps you feel more steady, more in control, and better able to handle everyday stress. If medication is part of your care, we’ll approach it thoughtfully and adjust based on how you’re actually feeling, not just checklists or quick appointments.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me are collaborative and judgment-free. You can expect honest conversations, clear next steps, and space to talk openly about what’s working and what’s not. If you’re ready for care that feels practical, personalized, and grounded in real life, you’re welcome to reach out. We can start with a conversation and go from there—no pressure.
