I have completed masters degrees in both psychology and counseling, and I have gained experience in a community counseling center for families, a college counseling center, and a partial hospitalization eating disorder treatment center. I specialize in Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Compassion Focused Therapy.

I also specialize in Emotion Focused Family Therapy, helping caregivers improve their relationship with their loved one and implement emotion-coaching and behavioral interventions to increase understanding between parent and child.
