Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD, as well as challenges related to OCD and substance use. My goal is to understand your unique experiences and help you find a path toward improved mental health, greater emotional balance, and a better quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and personalized. I believe effective mental health care starts with understanding the whole person, not just their symptoms. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, identify your goals, and determine whether medication management, individual support, or family involvement may be helpful. I want you to feel heard, informed, and actively involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to care. We’ll review your mental health history, current concerns, symptoms, and goals, including how challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma may be affecting your daily life. We’ll also discuss potential treatment options and next steps, so you leave with a clearer understanding of how we can work together toward your goals.
