Great to meet you!

I've worked with a variety of populations from children to elders, to dual diagnosis, the unhoused and clients in the justice system. I have prior career experience with children for fifteen years, as well as personal familiarity with dissociative disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is integrative. I utilize practical problem-solving methods, as well as dream work, role play and somatic methods.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect the "detective work" approach of CBT coupled with the more experimental approach, such as reenacting dreams and parts work.
