Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) practicing in Colorado. I work with both individuals and couples who want to make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships. I specialize in helping couples recover from infidelity, addiction, betrayal, emotional distance, and chronic conflict. I also help couples navigate major life transitions, strengthen their parenting partnership, and thoughtfully discern whether to repair the relationship or separate with clarity and respect. With individual clients, I work with many of these same concerns, including addiction, relationship and family issues, trauma, anxiety, boundaries, and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, honest, and deeply collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale, speak openly, and know that you will be treated with respect. Whether I’m working with an individual or a couple, I won’t just sit back and listen while the same patterns keep repeating. I’ll help you understand what’s underneath them and, more importantly, how to change them.

Our work together combines practical tools with a deep understanding of attachment, trauma, addiction, and relationships. You’ll leave sessions with greater clarity, concrete strategies, and a roadmap for moving forward, whether that means rebuilding trust, improving relationships, changing long-standing patterns, or creating meaningful change in your own life.

We’ll hit the ground running. I know that when someone walks into my office, there’s often a lot at stake. My goal is for you to leave that first session with greater clarity, renewed hope, and a sense of what comes next.
